Well, I did it. My Mosaic IPA, called Take 2, was served to my friends at “beer night”. They were pleasantly surprised and I was pleased that they liked it.
These guys are true friends and true beer lovers. They don’t all like the same styles but that’s okay.
They would tell me the truth. A few would be brutally honest, they would not hold back and I respect their opinions.
Got comments from “Solid first attempt” to “I’d definitely drink this again”
I’m very happy that this justifies my time, effort and soul that I put into it. I can only hope it gets better from here.
Off I go to brew some more.
